A firm, smooth bodied, full flavoured mature cheddar which has been graded for texture and taste. This delivers a nice sharp bite and is aged for up to 12 months.

Cheddar has a long history dating back to the 12th century, in a community in Somerset, England. Its namesake, Cheddar Village, is a small town with gorges and caves that farmers used to keep milk cool on hot days.
